Professor Dr. Kaywalee Chatdarong, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Chulalongkorn University, warmly welcomed representatives from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (FAORAP), led by Dr. Felix Teillard, Livestock Development Officer, and Achila Longchar, VLC Coordinator for Asia and the Pacific.

The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration between the Faculty and FAORAP under the project entitled:
“Development of a package to support smallholder dairy development at country level.”

The project is led by Dr.Saranporn Poothong, with a team of faculty members contributing their expertise to advance sustainable dairy development for smallholder farmers.

The meeting was held on 18 February 2026 at Meeting Room 4, Chai Asavarak Building, Faculty of Veterinary Science, aiming to enhance academic cooperation and support sustainable smallholder dairy development at the national level.
